At Aspire we beleive that you should have a clear idea of what it is we offer - before and after your big day - and this is detailed below. Of course, we are more than willing to discuss this with you in person if you have further questions.
Initially we will arrange a 'no obligation' appointment with us, which not only allows you to meet us both personally, but gives you an opportunity to view various complete albums from recent weddings. We can discuss your particular wedding requirements, making sure we can guarantee to take any pictures you especially want, and that you are happy with our services.
Once a booking has been made we will arrange a 'pre-wedding' shoot with you. This is a unique way for us to get to know each other a little better, as well as an opportunity for some great photos and ideas for the wedding.
This is available with all our wedding packages, and the first two 12"x8" prints are included free of charge.
We will start the day by taking some informal pictures of the bride and groom's preperations, usually 90 minutes before the ceremony begins. This is a great opportunity to enjoy some fun, exciting photos, and will give you the chance to see what each other got up to!
During the ceremony we will endeavor to capture the emotions of yourselves and your guests, while maintaining the dignity of the occasion. (please note that coverage of the actual ceremony may not be permitted by the minister or registrar, so we ask you to discuss if they will allow this before hand with them)
After the ceremony we will take some photos of yourselves and, if you require, of your guests - either at the ceremony venue or at another location en route to the reception location. And we appreciate that although some posed family group photographs are usually required, we aim to keep these to a minimum - and make this as enjoyable and relaxed as possible!
We also will take some photos of the venue, and a photo of yourselves and the cake. Although this is just an outline of a typical day, obviously your wedding is individual and we are very happy to be as flexible as you need us to be to ensure that you are happy with the photographs you receive.
Please note coverage on the day may vary slightly depending on each package and is subject to agreement.
After we have taken all the photographs you can relax and enjoy your honeymoon knowing that your photos are in safe hands! We will go through every single photograph and make sure each one is perfect, retouching or adjusting light and colour balance if needed. All you have to do is enjoy viewing them on your return!
